All Appointments are 60-minute sessions focusing on individualized one-on-one evaluation and treatment

Our Services

  • 60-minute in-person comprehensive assessment that includes reviewing the client's past medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, a physical examination including postural assessment, assessing strength, flexibility, and coordination of muscle contractions, external pelvic exam, and internal pelvic exam.

  • In-person treatment sessions that includes exercises tailored to the client. education, lifestyle and behavioral guidance. Each session builds on the previous.

  • Telehealth 60-minute option to provide flexibility and access. These virtual sessions utilize secure video conferencing to connect you with your physical therapist.

  • No, New Jersey is a "direct access" state. You can schedule an appointment directly without needing a prescription or referral from your doctor.

  • We are located across the street from the Towaco Train Station behind 900 Degrees Pizza.

  • The first 60-minute session will consist of a thorough evaluation reviewing your medical history, concerns, and current symptoms. After, we will perform a comprehensive exam assessing breathing and posture, range of motion, strength, coordination, and typically perform both an external and internal pelvic exam.

    Following the evaluation, we will develop a plan of care based on your individualized needs, provide extensive education on your condition, and initiate your home exercise program.

  • We see clients throughout pregnancy and typically wait until 4-6 weeks following childbirth to resume in-person treatment. We can schedule a Telehealth visit at any point within the first 4-6 weeks to review positioning and body mechanics, carrying techniques, and breathing and posture.
